PLEASE NOTE
Our stage hires usually covers three days. This allows us to set up the day before your event and collect the day after, at no extra charge. The site must be secure overnight or have suitable security in place. For one-day hires, please give us accurate event times. Allow around two hours for both setup and dismantling, plus extra time for bands, DJs and sound equipment.
For one-day hires, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, breakdowns or restricted site access, this is why we strongly suggest delivery the day before if possible.
If dismantling takes place after dark, suitable flood lighting must be provided for health and safety.
