PLEASE NOTE:
We generally provide our stages for a 3-day stage hire basis, allowing us to set up the stage the day before the event and to remove the stage the day after the event. There is no additional hire charge for this service. However, We can only provide this service if site is locked and not open to the general public, or if overnight security is in place.
If you are booking the stage for a 1-day event, please let us know the correct times so our staff can be punctual! Please allow 90 minutes for our team to setup the dismantle the stage. Please also allow additional time for subcontractors, bands, Dj’s or PA companies to setup or remove equipment on and off the stage at the start and at the end of the event.
Stage Events Hire LTD cannot be held responsible for delays getting to site due to traffic, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen issues affecting access to site. Where possible, we strongly recommend setting up the day before the event to avoid delays, and packing down the day after the event particularly if dismantling will take place after dark. If we need to pack down after dark, Please ensure there is adequate lighting on site so our staff dismantle the stage safely.
